those who serve
a watchful eye amongst the crowd. to all the strangers who are willing to potentially put their lives at risk to keep us all safe. from the frontline in far off lands to these guys patrolling our streets.we salute you.

Agreed! We often forget to thank law enforcement when things DON'T happen. But these folks wander quietly (sometimes invisibly) amongst us, ready to help at a moments notice.
LilliP says....and don't forget the ambulance officers, who often travel on often -interuppted sleep and who see us in a very vulnerable state....be it at someones heart attack, or car accident etc etc they help us out too!
