Snowmageddon
*tap* *tap* *tap*. Is this thing still on?
As I'm sure anyone that's heard any news knows those of us on the east coast got hit hard by a snowstorm of almost apocalyptic proportions this past weekend. Where we live we ended up with around 28 inches when all was said and done. Today was the first day with no snow so I ventured out with my camera. This is the major road in our neighborhood. There's been no plows coming through yet. There's been very little traffic through the area, but some ambitious individuals have made it their mission to get out. And since walking through 28 inch high snow is a lot more strenuous that you might think this has caused people to walk in the middle of the roads like this individual taking their dog out for a walk.

It looks just like that at my house. Except that there is no road because no one has plowed it yet, haha.
but I wanted to ask you just how you put pictures in your blog posts. I tried using photobucket but blogger.com told me that html wasn't allowed and no other links made it into an actual picture. I found a way to put them on my page, but I would like to have them IN my blogs, like you do. If you could let me in on the secret it would be amazing.
thanks:)
