British humor...
OK...I should leave this one to Gaz to explain :) These Strangers were part of the comic relief in London's New Year's Day parade. It was in the low 40s (Fahrenheit) that morning...so these men were brave. Still...the crowd loved them.
i think you'll find these simple folk are on their lunch break from a local baby formula milk testing plant. what other explaination could there possibly be?...
Red nose day or comic relief is held in the UK every other year and since it started in the 1980's it has raised over £600 million for charity. Thats why for us a band aid will always be a band that sang 'do they know it's christmas?', as special songs are released, races are run in silly costumes, kids donate money not to wear school uniforms on red nose day, anything funny for money.
