That's a pretty cool picture. I hope nobody was hurt in the accident.
No one was hurt in the production of this picture. There was no accident. He was just blocking off traffic.
Still... it's a really good picture. I like the halo effects on the flares.
"hey things are a little slow... think i'll go block off some traffic!"

He was blocking traffic off for a parade. Although the concept of them just deciding to randomly close down some streets is much more entertaining.
